coast of Maine | It is not really called that here,basically owner financed with the mortgage deed recorded at county .I and my dad bought a 100 acre piece,too much $$ wanted but was at a crazy time here.Owner was willing to allow us to sell parcels off but he received the proceeds(was stated in mortgage note).Cool part was it was allowed off the $$ due that year.So it allowed us to sell a few back wooded pieces off as time went on to ease the payments.Was a heck of a deal as I look back on it.The prior owner wanted it farmed and it still is,,if not me would have been houses. | |
