My folks live a few hundred feet from me. Close enough they see when I come and go and a good share of what I am doing.
When I was trucking all the time, I bet I spent as much quality time with my in laws 1700 miles away.
We took a 2 week vacation every year and all went to the ocean.
My folks helped me farm and I helped them a little bit so we worked together, but didn't play together.
