Subject: Farm sign machinery

CNY
I finally got our new sign put up last August. 4 x 4 posts, drilled 2 holes 4’ down and put 2 bags of quick crete and then tamped the dirt.
In January we had a huge windstorm. The ground was completely thawed and saturated with water. The sign blew over. It’s not damaged.
Trying to figure out how to redo it. I’m going to dig a hole with a backhoe and put some kind of concrete base in the ground. Trying to think about how to do it where if the posts rot out I can pull them out and slide new ones down into the same base. Or if a car hits it or something
What have you all done? Thoughts/ ideas?
Thanks
