Go into Land and click on the field. There is a dropdown for Client - just choose the client name you want for that field. It will also make you choose a new Farm name. Unfortunately you will have to go through field-by-field to change them over one at a time. I don't recommend the copy approach - that would be even more tedious and won't carry over any work data.
