The lower green half is just the "shroud" which can be bought used or new. That's the deluxe shroud. 

The round actual receiver on top....Ag Express does but it's not the same colors and looks odd I think. Deere reman will have it looking like new, not sure if it's worth it though. See how much that would cost, a plain jane 3000 is going for $1000 these days? Hard to spend that just to make it look nice again. But it will look brand new
