Where can I find or order an 8" to 10" adapter plate for a grain bin unloading system?
Two circles with a manual compass attachment on a torch or plasma would not take long. Probably take an hour or two once you had all the holes drilled and the studs welded in.
If metal work is not your thing, any active metal shop likely could draw that in a few minutes and get it cut on a CNC plasma or laser. At least that is what would happen in this area.
No idea where to order that as a part number.
