I turned them in a 5 acre field yesterday. That had nice ryegrass on it. I only graze it every other weekend or so when I can be nearby/available, because it still has damage fence from the hurricane. So that was nice feed yesterday. But this was the unfertilized homestead yard and I wouldn't call it nice feed at all. But it was fresh tops.

Maybe it's more related to turn out yesterday. I didn't see her walk into the homestead yard today. I just opened the gate and left for another farm this morning. Only a few of them came in the yard because they had pretty good feed left where they were.

Well, you blew my first thought out on the water. Some things sometimes can't be explained, any chance of a snake bit or eating something like fire ants?
