It depends on your situation somewhat. If you have your own stalks to bale yet and your own baler, it is still less cost to put your own in a bale. As soon as you have to buy the stalks or hire the baling or both, you might as well have both hands in the air buying at these prices.
** assuming the bales for sale are of decent quality!
