Milford, IL | I don't understand 19k land. 5% CD or MM fund returns $950 per 19,000.
275BPA x $4.50 = $1237.50. $450-$600 to grow/harvest/dry crop and maintain fertility including 40/a budget for equipment repair/replace. Ballpark $700 net return on cash. $250 under doing nothing but parking cash in a safe 5% investment vehicle, and 5% isn't exactly an outstanding return to begin with.
