Mid-Michigan | I'm replacing blades and boots. I have three gauge wheels set up (knew this planting wheat but got them adjusted with a hammer). I bought three new arms and seals. My questin is why did they not tap the zerk holes? When I asked at the dealer, he said "just screw them in under pressure". I just looked at him blankly. I didn't even consider those pound in things. Had to spend an hour drilling and tapping the things. Just wondered if there was a simple explanation. | |
