These planters the harnessing starts in the center and moves to the ends with a left bus and a right bus.
As stated above check the led lights solid flash means sensor has power and ground but no communication
No led light means no power or ground
flashing led means sensor has power and ground and is communicating does not mean there is not a problem with that sensor
problem could be in the sensor with the with the failed led light or the sensor/harness before it
here is a pin out of the sensors
The wiring for the sensor bus is made up of five wires. At each 5 pin connector:
Terminal Wire
Terminal A Sensor Bus A (RS-485 communication), red wire
Terminal B Sensor Bus B (RS-485 communication), black wire
Terminal C Programming, light green wire
Terminal D Power, red wire
Terminal E Ground, black wire
So I have 2 rows in the center working, rows 15 and 16. So with this knowledge I should switch out sensors, one at a time, starting in the middle and move out to the wings instead of starting at row 1. I have power everywhere, solid red light So I'm guessing I likely have 2 sensors near the middle of the planter with the signal wire broken? |
