No age limit if taken care of. I bought my 435 25 years ago used. A large dairy farm traded it in. THey baled wet and dry hay with it. I have changed 3 belts. maybe 6 bearings, some pickup tines and top belt wear strips. Simple baler and no plans on replacing it.
