2200 is as high as we can get it with throttle wide open & no load on the tractor. I have the little clevis where it hooks to the armed turned almost all the wat out, maybe 2-3 threads holding it. Also have the cable adjusted as far forward as it will go where it's clamped the bracket on the side of the engine e block. You can take your toe & pull up on the deaccelerator in the cab & it will reveal up to 2450 but as some as you release it the rpms drop back to ~ 2200. Is there an adjustment on the throttle cable where it attaches to the throttle on the console? I didn't put the cable in so didn't get to see. Would there be an adjustment between the deaccelerator & the throttle? I've sprayed Kroil arm on the deaccelerator bushing & let it soak, pedal doesn't seem to hang up. Reason we replaced the throttle cable was because it was stiff & the deaccelerator pedal would hang up.
