My 8245 would not operate the 3PT hitch and was flashing a 2-2 code which according to the service manual is a position sensor fault. I now have a brand new position sensor and looking at the manual maybe I need to have a service tech come install and calibrate the new sensor using the Massey Wintest software....Hoping someone can shed some light on this. I am more of a do it yourselfer rather than having the tech come out for a simple thing like this. Thanks in advance.
Calling on Chris Mayer possibly, I know him to be of much help on these sort of matters!

I refuse to help...

You can do it with a voltmeter, but sometimes it's a pain. You really need a breakout harness, or a good set of back probes to get into it...with Wintest, you just adjust the bar graph into the right range LOL.

I am having trouble finding the old method in the manuals, let me do some digging. We have done them with Wintest since 1997, so I don't remember any of the info.

Chris
