Central Indiana | We have an X750 diesel I believe a 2013 model with 1600 hours on it. No 4WS though so can’t comment to that. Motor has been bulletproof and it has gotten hot a few times mowing around fields and what not. Similar size kubota diesels that get hot often crack the head and warp cylinder walls so that is why I say the Yanmar has gotten hot a couple times and been fine. I’d pull the gearbox plug on the deck and make sure it has oil in it and it doesn’t smell burnt. Had to replace ours when it went out and was over $600. Other than that it’s probably the best mowing mower we have. Not the smoothest riding machine but overall they are well built. I’d buy another if I wanted a mid mount diesel | |
