"Nice shape" is a bit of a stretch on that one. $8000 for that one without a scale was great plenty. Judging by the rust and crap in the fill auger and bottom of the tank it hadn't been used in a long long time.
The best thing you can do when buying a grinder/mixer is buy one that has been stored inside and used regularly. Not one that is has been sitting unused with damp or wet crap in the bottom of it for the past 10-15 years.
