Northern Nebraska | Most white corn is long season so it does not mature in the far north. White corn corn delivered in place of yellow incurs a price reduction in America so it's rarely grown except for buy call situations.
I'll never understand why white corn is preferred for food in African countries. It has less vitamins. But I'll also never understand why yellow Dent is the default corn either. Especially when other factors besides color should be the decisive choice for most end users. | |
