I will second the urethane glue. You can get it at most auto supply stores and can apply it with a standard caulking gun. It is very thick and a battery caulking gun works better.

You will need a tube of glue, a small tube of primer and GOOD nitrile gloves. If you get the glue on your skin, it either wears off or you use lacquer thinner to get it off.
