I have a 530 MoCo (same design as the 630). I changed the cutterbar oil yesterday. The book shows 1.85 gallons of Hy guard. I put a little over 2 gallons in it and it still is not at the check plug on the left side. I put a level on the cutterbar and it was level when i filled and checked. Oil in not even visable when looking inside when check plug is out. Don't let the pic fool you on the oil looking like it is coming out of check plug. It is not even close. What would you do?
