Subject: Another patriot sprayer question

Monroe City, MO

This spring I changed the 3 way valve that controls the spray/rinse/inductor on a 2240 patriot. Since I can not maintain a rate.

Did a self test where you enter in a speed in the calibration screen.
1. set speed at 6 mph
2. turn on boom at 10 gpa which gave me 13.1 gpm while the % pwm was at 32 percent

3. Increased test speed to 12 mph and the pwm went up to 60ish percent but the gpm stay at 13.1

I noticed that the sparge pressure does shoot up quite high when I double the speed and % pwm.

I have changed the pwm controller and valve as well as put on a new flow meter. I can't see where the 3 way valve being reversed could cause this problem but am not sure where to go next.
