It’s best for oil flow that they’re kept in the normal orientation with the tubes horizontal so oil and condensed liquid can drain downward to the outlet. Having a short section of hose back up to the second condenser inlet will be fine, there should be enough flow to lift slugs of refrigerant and oil. Oil return is more of a problem in cold evaporators. | |
