Put me in the IT SUCKS column for now. Maybe some initial bugs to get worked out. Hopefully it gets better.
Its not Cloudfare that is causing the problem. It looks like the Scammer is attacking the site constantly with 3 million requests a day. Keeps overwhelming the server.
