WC IL | We were very dry and everyone started planting April 9 thru the 17th, so 95% of the corn and 50% of beans got done then. Been very wet since with spotty big rains. 2.5 to 3.5" over several rain events. Most fields are very wet and predicting 2-3"more in next three days. Corn is coming up good and beans are emerging very slow. Some fields will need some holes fixed. We are done but have 1.5 days of custom beans to plant. | |
