Pretty heavy dirt, swing arm doesn't cross the other wheel tracks. We do use an Orthman pivot track closer once or twice a year but almost seems to make it worse as then a we are putting loosing dirt back in the pivot track.
Currently I have just a couple of "holes" where the pivot tire appears to have no bottom.
