What is the smaller combine of choice now days for the steepest ground? Rebuilt 1470?
The skyrocket area love their 1470/1670 combines as well as the full hillside 9600 combines. Otherwise they are moving on to the newer Hillco combines. The smaller one that Trevor works for is a 2388 with the Hillco leveler but just a lot lighter combine.
Here is a picture of a 9600 I saw this spring on the lot with a John Rea leveler. He built many different versions and this one was his latest design that utilized the Gleaner MH type leveling system versus the Rahco system and was all before Hillco came out with their kit for the dual wheels.
