If you are saying you ran a single line from the house to the shop and then ran separate lines multiple TVs or other devices in the shop then all you need is a simple network switch in the shop.  If you were to want wireless in the shop you could use another router BUT you would want to turn off the DHCP server (addressing) in the router AND only use the LAN ports.
