1 tsp soy ( light is less salty)
4-5 splashes liquid smoke
1 or more Tbs minced garlic
marinate in a zip lock for a couple hours or overnight however you want
sliver a jalapen~o or onion or green pepper
sprinkle with fovorite steak rub
wrap with bacon
grill on medium don't be afraid of medium to medium rare AWESOME!!
