We have a Tempurpedic. When I started shopping, I found there are many, many outfits selling memory foam bedding. You can find good prices on Ebay, I was leaning toward a place from (I think) Indiana that sold US made products. My wife over-ruled me, and we paid several hundred dollars extra to get a Tempurpedic brand from a local retailer.

It took me quite a while to get used to our T-pedic, I like it OK now but I wouldn't place it in the "miracle" category. We got the T-pedic pillows along with the mattress, neither of us liked those at all.
