Subject: Infrared grills revisited

This was talked about a little bit on here earlier this spring and when Lowes had them on sale over Labor day weekend I bought a Charbroil Quantum infrared grill and I wish I would have bought one sooner now.  I've been grilling alot of pork and chicken on it and it's all been awesome.  I don't like spicy BBQ, I prefer to get the flavor of the meat and the IR grill produces the juiciest and most flavorable meat I think I've ever had, even hamburgers are better than what most nice resturants offer.  The last couple times I've grilled ribs we've just put some Lowrly seasoned salt on them, they turn out so juicy they don't need any sause and are tender enough to cut with a fork.  I held off buying one because they are $400 but I got one on sale for 20% off and I had a coupon for another 10% off that but I've been grilling 3-4 times a week so it was money well spent.
