habanero peppers
jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp salt
3 cups vinegar
How to make Hot Pepper Sauce1. Take some green and red habanero, jalapeno peppers.
2. Remove stems/most seeds of peppers.
3. Slice the peppers.
4. Put them to a blender.
5. Add salt, and vinegar.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Pour it to a saucepan.
8. Medium-high heat the saucepan.
9. Bring it to boil, simmer for an hour.
10. Sterilize your bottles.
11. Pour sauce into bottles.
12. Seal the bottle with wax paper.
13. Refrigerate for 2 weeks before use. | |
