I like to use murhpy's oil soap. I will also use a simple vinegar/water solution. My dad has used vinegar and water on everything would with no harm to the finish. He even cleans hardwood floors with it. I don't really measure, but I would say about 1/4 cup white vinegar to 1 gallon warm water. I always use a soft cloth, but that's because I really don't like sponges.
