It is a dry mix you add hot water to.... let sit for about 15 ,minutes to rise and rest. I lke the taste of it... like homemade bread.... I do not like the premade crust you buy. The other good one is the Pillsbury crust in the "whoop" container in the dairy section.... That also makes a good top for a pot pie....
