SW Saskatchewan | Good noodles need strong wheat flour. Durum semolina makes the best but with the price of durum in 2007-2008 and even the price of good HRS, the pasta and noodle manufacturers went to using the cheapest alternative they could get.
Probably some still in the chain, probably some manufacturers seeing what they can get away with.
But the hot - cook - drain will make the most of what you've got. | |
