Near Richmond, IN | If you can find "White Cloud" popcorn and use a Stir Crazy popper. Also use more oil-I use corn oil since I raise it---makes the popcorn better--may not be good for you but it tastes better. Dad did his college thesis on popcorn when he graduated from Purdue in 1942 (everyone had to write a thesis back then for a BS and his was on popping expansion) and he found "white cloud" several years ago. I'll look and try to find what we have now as I think the last time he couldn't find the white cloud and ended up with something else. Also I put a little Tabasco in the oil and salt with garlic salt! | |
