Subject: What does Servpro use?

Southeastern IL
Have a new garage that we were in the process of drywalling last week when during one nite a small vent-free free-standing propane heater cought fire and burned. The heater had some plastic legs that burnt down to nothing. EVERYTHING in the garage is covered in a film of black soot. Insurance sent Servpro out but after hearing their estimate, I am wanting to do the cleanup myself. They had a sponge of some sort that with one wipe of the drywall it cleaned it perfect. I have tried several different things and am unable to even come close to the swipe Servpro made. Anyone know what they use or have any other ideas? Its a 900sqft garage. Mainly the drywall on celing and walls need cleaned. Nothing was primed or painted yet, just bare drywall. I used some cleaner on the garage doors and think I can get them pretty good. TIA.
