S.E. Iowa | First let me say I like to eat a rib that takes some work to get off the bone. With spare ribs I take a lot of time cooking but have found that with good baby back ribs I can cook then over higher heat in alot less time and get just as good a product. Rub them down in the morning and about 45 minutes on the grill or until the meat starts to pull back from the bone will give you a tender jucy rib. | |
