Yep, here's one:

Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam or similar. 

Spread 8 oz low fat cream cheese evenly on 8-10 1" thick slices of French bread and arrange slices to cover the bottom of the pan, cream cheese side up. Top each slice with another 1" thick slice of French bread.  In a bowl, beat 3 cups egg substitute (or 12 eggs) with 2 cups skim milk, 1/3 cup low cal maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.  Pour the mixture over the bread, cover and refrigerate overnite.  Take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.  Bake uncovered at 350* for 45-50 minutes till golden brown on top.  Serve with maple syrup and sliced strawberries.  We have also used strawberry syrup with the fresh berries.
