We live on my grand parents farm and my grandma always mint tea. Well my wife finally decieded to ( after I pestured a couple times )try it but what is the right way ? She picked it and made it from green mature stems , it wasn't bad but I remember them picking it younger and drying it then making it ?? Which is the best way .
