I realize this is a day late, however I did find the recipe. It was scribbled in purple marker on a slip of paper, just the bare bones of the recipe. Hope it helps:
5 c peaches
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
I have no instructions, just the ingredients. It takes a double crust pie shell, not sure on the temp or length of time. Maybe someone else can help with that.
