Michigan.
GFS, Sysco, as posted above should help ya out.
Look in the yellow pages for "Bakery supplies", "Restaraunt supplies" and "Commercial food supplies" if you don't have a GFS or Sysco nearby. Somebody locally is selling the local diner thier breaded chicken chunks and perfectly round Burger patties, if all else fails, ask the waitress.;)
