Sounds like you will have some cooking time available. Scrambled eggs , chicken breast chunks, bacon all cook in micro. rely on more seasonings as you don't have oil and skillet. stock up on salad supplies, lunch meat, fruit,and good bread. Add in soups, heat and serve products. Look up and down the grocery isles. I was suprised at the variety of ways available to eat well with minimal cooking. I am a picky eater. Take along a good cutting knife, board, and other things that can be cleaned in the bathroom. Toasters are nice, but watch the room policy.
I learned this from backpacking and group ski trips. Spending time doing a little cook and prep helps pass the time also.
