West Texas | I lived on pain pills for nearly two years and finally went to a back surgeon that specialized in lazer surgery. The MRI's that I took to him were 2 years old so he ordered new ones. Again, more pain pills for the duration. Went back to see him in two weeks and he started talking about the epidural shots. I asked him "If you went outside and had a flat on your car, would you just air it up and hope that it would be OK in the morning?" He said "I guess you want it fixed" Had the lazer surgery 10 days later, went home that night and within a week the only pain I had was from the 1 inch incicion they made in my back. The surgery was on Sept 30, 2009 and the only time I notice my back is when I spend all day on the tractor and then it only aches, no real pain like it was. Any questions, your can e-mail me. | |
