My wife was interested in trying it and had some books around here awhile ago, but it never happened. The wine and brew store where I get wine supplies carried kits and starter for the various cheeses. Sounds interesting and fun. Good link also! Let me know how that blue turns out. Mindoro Blue and a good 4-6 year old sharp white cheddar are my favorites. Joe.
