| I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years. The most important thing to me is trusting the person you are buying from. I am due for another pair, probably within the year, and they have new ones out that are barely visible. I guess I am a little vain about it and because I started wearing them at probably younger than normal, I was pretty self conscious about it. Now, most of the people who made fun of me back then, can't hear, and are sort of too stubborn to go get their own, even though they admit that they need them! I just smile........Good luck. They will never be like normal hearing...but they help. If I didn't have mine, I would probably qualify for disability. | |
