People throw away a plethroa of "stuff" under the assumption,, it ain't worth krap,,

Then make fun of someone who "finds" gold in others trash.

As the one example showed,, make all the fun out out of old comic books all you want,, but bet the people with the $300,000  "comic book" were pretty happy with their find.

 

There's been examples of old picture frames in junk stores that sold for maybe $10 bucks,, the people wanted the frame for their artwork.. Turned out the artwork was from some famous artist and worth a fortune.

 

And yes, it can get carried way too far saving treasures,, but it never hurts to get a QUALIFIED opinion before just throwing stuff away thinking its junk.
