Looking at the mojortk site they list options to allow diagnostics by cell phone and options to increase cell coverage by 500%. I am sure that the amplifier and antennas are off the shelf. If they can do troubleshooting and monitoring by cellphone, looks like the rtk signal would be a piece of cake.
