NEMO | I never thought i would care for them and my wife admitted that she was scared of them, but after my FIL brought some over and left them, my wife decided to make some Zucchini muffins and they were absolutely fantastic! She then tried slicing and pan frying them and they were very tasty as well. She next chopped some up in the blender and mixed in a batter concoction then pan fried fritter style. Wasn't as tasty, but still good. We are all now Zucchini fans. We'll have to try your recipe now! Thanks! | |
