Ditto on Mrs. Wages. For the salsa, my wife deseeds the tomatoes after boiling them. She also adds habaneros, but then we like it plenty hot. We used to make some with and some without for the boys, but they have grown accustomed to it now. Can't remember what else she puts in there.
