SEIL
Don't know if this will be to your liking but it is what I use for Chicken Fajitas - fast - easy - good (in my opinion)
2T lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. coarsely ground pepper
1/4 t garlic salt
1/2 t liquid smoke
3 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned, cut into strips (I usually use frozen, boneless breasts)
6 flour tortillas
2 T. oil
1 green or red pepper cut into strip
1 med. onion.sliced and seperated into rings
Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Add chicken; stir to coat. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Drain chicken, reserve marinade. Wrap tortillas in foil; warm in 350* oven for 15".

Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add chicken; cook 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Add marinade, green pepper and onion; saute til vegies are crisp tender. Remove from heat.
Serve on warm tortillas withy any or all of the following: chopped tomato green onion, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheesed or picate sauce.
Serves 2 or 3
