Mechanicville, NY | this is the recipe I usually use, but I do change up a few things - it is just personal choice. I sear my tenderloin in a pan on the stove in olive oil- not in the oven, I use store bought puff pastry and I don't use pate - I make a pesto instead. Read the reviews first and see if they give you any good ideas.
